Tuesday evening weekly classes to be held on level 5, Wickham House, 157 Wickham Terrace, Brisbane.
All day retreats on Sunday to be held at the Temple Retreat Centre, 580a Grandview Road, Pullenvale. Only a 30 minute drive from Brisbane CBD.
An individual phone interview, and ongoing support from your teacher.
A 2.5 hour class, over eight weeks, plus one full retreat day (28 hours in total).
Mindfulness meditation and body awareness training.
An exploration of your own patterns and how to transform them.
Scientific rationale for the practice.
Access to Openground audio app for practice and a 100 page course book.
What is the cost?
Your investment is $495 for the full 8 weeks inclusive of booklet and audio. Light refreshments will be supplied for morning and afternoon tea on the full day retreat however, lunch is not provided. Payment plans available, please ask.
Can’t make it on a Tuesday evening?
Would you prefer a Saturday afternoon class? If so please get in touch, if we have minimum of 10 participants we can do it!
