Information for Patients

Please read the information below about the Medical Centre before booking your appointment. However, should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Appointments

To book an appointment with one of our Integrative Medical Doctors, Keto Consultants or Health Coach please call reception on Ph: 3832 2888. We respect that your time is important, as is ours, so we endeavour to keep all appointment times to schedule with the exception of an emergency situation.

New Patients

All new patients will be sent a confirmation email with a health questionnaire attached. We request you fill this in and return it to us prior to your appointment; however, if this is not possible please print it out and bring it along with you on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation / Non Attendance Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you recognise ours is too, therefore we adhere to the following policy.

Two days prior to your booked appointment we will send a courtesy text message requesting you confirm by simply replying Yes or No.

We understand circumstances change and you may need to reschedule your appointment;  if this occurs we request you give a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow us to fill the appointment from our wait list of patients.

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without giving us at least 24 hours notice, a non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged to you before further appointments can be made.

Waitlist

If you require an appointment earlier than we have available, you can request to be added to the wait list to be offered an earlier appointment in the event of a cancellation. Please keep in mind that there is no guarantee an appointment will become available on the wait list.

Emergencies And After Hours

We advise ALL medical emergencies call 000 for an ambulance or go directly to your local hospital’s Emergency department. For after-hours medical treatment please call the National Home Doctors Service on 13 74 25.
