Des is the owner of My Life My Health and was drawn to compounding from his previous careers as a chef and industrial chemist where formulating plays a big role in both food science and pharmaceutics to obtain the highest quality product. Des’ professional interests are in the areas of functional medicine and its relationship to good health through balancing hormones, improving liver detoxification and the newly emerging area of nutrigenomics. He is interested in how specific supplements can improve a persons biochemistry. Des attends regular conferences both nationally and internationally that focus on the latest evidence supporting Integrative Nutritional Metabolic Medicine and he is also active in the Integrative Medicine community.
He is passionate about educating people on the importance of incorporating proper diet, lifestyle and appropriate nutrient supplementation as part of overall health.

Rachel is an Integrative Health Coach & Meditation Teacher who is dedicated to mindful living, nutrient dense food, choosing sustainable & local to encourage health and wellbeing of individuals, community and our planet.
As a Health Coach, Rachel’s role is one of support, she will work with you to discover what it is you need and how you can make the necessary lifestyle changes. There are five areas you will explore together, these are: nutrition, physicality, spirituality, relationships and career with a bio-individual approach.
As our Keto Consultant, Rachel supports clients on My Keto Program, an 8-week transformation to becoming a fat burner and getting into nutritional ketosis. You will get back to the basics of real food and understand how our bodies are designed to be better fuelled by fats rather than carbohydrates.
Meditation has been part of Rachel’s life for over 18 years. She completed her teacher training in 2018 with additional intensive training in evidence-based Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in 2019. Rachel is extremely passionate about sharing her knowledge and holding space for others to learn and implement the life changing skills mindfulness meditation has to offer.
